This month, grades K-3 took a fabulous field trip to Tilden Nature Area. It was a chance for urban children to experience rural. Students learned about the environment while hiking on the many trails through the park. In addition, they learned a bit about animals and farming at Tilden Park’s Little Farm. A highlight for students was feeding the animals.
